CenterLink’s Denise Spivak on celebrating Pride with year-round fitness

Denise Spivak is the CEO of CenterLink: The Community of LGBT Centers, representing 375 centers nationwide. She brings to the position more than 25 years of leadership and management experience, having served organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local nonprofits. 

However, what she brings to her position is a genuine passion for equality and supporting the efforts of life-changing community centers across the nation every day. In that capacity, she understands the importance of maintaining both physical and mental health, which is why she is excited to partner with Planet Fitness this year.

Queerty chatted with Denise about CenterLink’s partnership, how she celebrates Pride year-round, and why fitness and equality are inextricably linked. Here’s what she had to say…
