Eurovision 2025 semi-final line-ups and running order confirmed: but who’s in the ‘death slot’?

As Basel in Switzerland prepares to host the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, the two semi-final line-ups have been decided.

The running orders for each semi-final were unveiled in March with organisers giving the more superstitious Eurovision fans a chance to speculate about who had unfortunately been given ‘the death slot’.

The first of the live semi-finals will take place on Tuesday 13 May. Competing first will be Iceland’s VÆB with their song ‘RÓA’

Following them will be Justyna Steczkowska with ‘GAJA’ for Poland. Performing third is Slovenia’s Klemen with ‘How Much Time Do We Have Left’.
