Gay men left with fractured eye socket after thugs beat him unconscious and stamped on his head over Disney songs
A car salesman has been jailed for nine months over an “unprovoked and vicious attack” on a gay man.
According to the Telegraph and Argus, the attack took place in Bradford in the early hours of 17 September, 2017, when the victim and his partner were returning home from a night out after getting a takeaway.
Bradford Crown Court heard the attack was sparked by one of the victim’s friends singing Disney songs, which seemed to cause “umbridge and upset”.
The victim was set upon by Saqib Rehman, his brother Wasiq Rehman and an unidentified third man, with the trio shouting “gay b*****ds” before punching the victim, knocking him unconscious and stamping on his head.
