Hitesh Tolani remembers the moment he realized he was diverging from his closest friends. The healthcare entrepreneur was hiking in Maine’s Acadia National Park, admiring the picturesque rocky coast and listening to his friends talk about their families. When the topic turned to their children, Tolani felt lonely.
He yearned for somebody to share a meal with, or give him a hug after a tough day. When he told his pals about his feelings of isolation, they were shocked. Tolani is, in their words, a “mutant extrovert.” How could he feel disconnected?
Tolani explained his desire to find like-minded queer people who were navigating the same challenges as him.
How about we take this to the next level?
