Phillip Schofield is set to make a return to UK TV screens tonight (30 September), in the new tell-all, controversy-addressing documentary Phillip Schofield: Cast Away – but what is Phillip Schofield accused of?

The 62-year-old will feature in the three-episode programme, set to be broadcast on Channel 5, where he attempts to survive alone on the remote, unpopulated island of Nosy Ankarea off the coast of Madagascar for 10 days where he must forage for food and water.

In Cast Away will see him confront “the forces of nature and his own personal dilemmas,” in particular, the scandal that led to him disappearing from TV screens for over a year.
