Justice Smith, Colman Domingo, and Jeremy Pope stole the show at the Met Gala 2025

The Met Gala has always been a stage for high fashion and daring self-expression. And this year’s event was no exception as attendees filled the red carpet with grand looks inspired by the history and influence of Black dandy fashion.
This year’s theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” paired with the dress code, “Tailored for You,” was a celebration and honoring of the continual influence of Black history, culture, and joy. So it’s no surprise that some of the night’s most stunning looks came from Black queer men, with Native Sons.
