Marathon champ Cal Calamia just made history halfway across the world
Cal Calamia is in the records books… again!
The trailblazing runner competed in the Tokyo Marathon this past weekend, winning the race’s first ever non-binary division. While Calamia has completed more than 13 major marathons in his career, he says his latest triumph was arguably his sweetest.
“Endlessly honored to be a part of this moment in time,” he posted on Instagram. “Endlessly grateful for the whole village that made it possible. Just happy. Just so happy.”
