Neil Patrick Harris lands new TV role alongside an infamous, fictional killer

Neil Patrick Harris is to join the rebooted Dexter.
Starring Michael C. Hall, Dexter first hit screens back in 2006 and ran until 2013. Hall, 54, played a forensic technician who moonlights as a vigilante serial murderer.
He returned for Dexter: New Blood (2021-22), while a prequel show, Dexter: Original Sin, arrived last year (with Patrick Gibson in the title role).
