National Laundry Day: Is your load ready?
Apparently National Laundry Day (April 15th) is not just a “nod to our weekly routine but a celebration of the journey from washboards to washing machines”. And yes, we burst our laughing reading that too.
But honestly, allow standing over the sink and physically scrubbing out stains… especially after a weekend at Fire Island. And while it is still considered a “chore”, we’re always appreciative of our fresh sheets to roll around in and make dirty again.
(We’ve no idea what’s really going on in this ‘skit’, but it certainly fits the laundry theme).
